Minutes of Discussion held at Goa Beach house site

22-11-06
Morjim, Goa.

Following were present:
1. Ar. Praveen Bavadekar
2. Er. Mohan Hulbatte
3. Mr. Sandeep Jadhav
4. Mr. Ashok Naik (contractor)

1. works carried out so far was inspected. Foundations, columns, and below plinth laterite masonry completed, backfilling work in progress.

2. Quality of work found satisfactory, for backfilling contractor was instructed to fill in layers of about 1 feet and compact with watering. Mechanical compactors, if available to be used.

3. One RCC band of 3" thickness was instructed to be concreted above the laterite masonry. 2nos. 8 dia tor bars + 6 dia bars at 1 feet c/c to be used. The reinforcement to be welded to the column reinforcement after exposing. This will strengthen the masonry work and also act as DPC.

4. Contractors were issued sketches of compound wall to be constructed.

5. Measurements were taken of works executed so far. Contractor to submit RA bill accordingly, proportionate deduction of advance taken will be done.

6. The filling pattern for approach was explained in detail. Contactor promised to start forthwith.

7. When asked contractor stated that drawings and details are available

All the final structural details required for ground floor slab has been released to Mr.Ashok Naik for the execution on site.

Working Drawings

11-11-06 Belgaum. Ashok and his team is not conversant with the Feet/inches system of working and as our all working drawings are done in the same system, we are now converting all of them to Metric system, so as soon as we finish conversion, it will be released for execution. Slab structural drawing will be released today. Abheet, Project Architect.

See that atleast one site image with accompanying text on progress on site is uploaded on a daily basis, if ashok cant handle it, let him mail the image to us and we can do the rest

Minutes of the meeting (telephonic or site) are to be summarised and posted

Drawings when released are to be mentioned

any pending drawing requests have to be mentioned on a daily basis

A weekly review on progress on site as against projected progress has to be posted by every saturday (starting today). this can be prepared by Mr. hulbatte.

We are alittle behind schedule on elevational drawings that I had promised this friday, lets rectify that.

i have to revise the roof detail, i will look into it today

have the 3d images u work on today to be posted by evening for my comments

Progress on site
centerlines have been marked on site,
excavation has been done to a depth of 3' from mean site level.
Water that had flooded has receded.
